Yingcheng Hengmao Food Co., Ltd. is the only remaining traditional soy sauce production base in Hubei Province. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a leading enterprise in agricultural industrialization in Hubei Province, and a science and technology demonstration base for rural revitalization in Hubei Province. The company is located in the core area of the western tourist zone of Yingcheng, around the Fengzhiyi Scenic Area and the Yazugou Reservoir. The Huangtan brand soy sauce produced by the company originated in the fourth year of the Wanli reign of the Ming Dynasty. It is a non-cultural heritage of Hubei Province and a tribute product of the Qing Dynasty. There are still 450 old jars from the Qing Dynasty well-preserved in the park, making it the pioneer of high-end vintage soy sauce in the industry. The company’s core product, Huangtan Soy Sauce, adheres to the traditional brewing techniques of ancient methods and natural fermentation. The product has passed the green product certification and SGS testing, and is sold well throughout the country.
